All service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us and to maintain appropriate security standards.

To fulfil your order, we share your delivery address and first name with the delivery agent assigned to your order. The delivery agent does not have access to your payment information or full account details.

Sellers on our platform receive your order details (items ordered, quantity, and delivery area) to prepare your order. They do not receive your full address or contact number.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of any person.
